We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive your item and it is not to your standards, does not fit or is damaged. DEFECTIVE/FLAWED PRODUCTS

Phrward stands behind all of its products. If your product has a workmanship or material flaw, support is available. The Phrward Shop purchases: apparel and gear can be returned if manufactured less than 5 days of the shipping date.

RETURN OPTIONS

All sales are final, due to increasing wearing & returning scams and public health concerns The Phrward Shop does not accept returned merchandise.

EXCHANGE OPTIONS

If you wish to exchange your Phrward Shop order for a different size, color or style due to receiving an incorrect item, please email us at shop@phrward.com.

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES INFORMATION:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we ship an item in error.

If we do ship an item in error, you have the option to get a full refund of your order including the shipping cost that was paid in addition to the cost to ship the incorrect item back to our warehouse. If you choose to return the item for the correct item we will refund you for the shipping cost to return the incorrect item and grant you a refund for the shipping amount you paid at the time of your order.

• Returns will require the customer to pay for return shipping.

• Returns on orders that utilize free shipping will be subject to a reduction in refund or store credit in the amount of the shipping charges for your item.
